About
I’ve grown up in the Dallas area and am a sports fan of the 4 major teams, Mavericks, Cowboys, Rangers and Stars. This blog will mostly be filled with my thoughts on these teams. One day I would like to be GM for at least 2 of these 4 clubs. Then the championships would come “rolling in like pearl dew down the cheek, Such deep tranquillity pervades the soul, It bows as wheatears do when ripe and whole, This is the source from which our tears and sighs, Our solace and our poetry arise. Now all has gone . . . In the deserted plain, A few disfigured championships alone remain.” - Antanas Baranauskas.

Thanks for the link, Brother. I’ll return the favor? Look if you want off of my crappy site, just say the word. I understand! The bug is about nothing. Nothing at all.
And the parrots begin to jabber. . . I love that line.
The link would be great, thanks. And Isn’t that the point? To create a seinfeldian blog, ramblings of irony and comedy. As for me, I think the bug is all about the parrots.
Do we have the same avatar? It seems as if we do.
I’m just trying to clear something up. It might’ve been an error, or not.
I’m not sure. If by avatar you mean the picture in the box that appears by your username, I don’t think so. If you mean something else let me know.
This is the second time I’ve encountered someone else with the same avatar(icon picture). First saw it on my homepage. Then checked through the search box, and it showed the same thing. I concluded it wasn’t an error on my end.
I’m just wondering how my avatar showed up on your icon. It’s not the same now, but it was yesterday.
I have no idea, I’ve had this picture for a while and I have not changed it since I put it up. It is an uncopyrighted picture I found of an astroid hitting the earth. I zoomed in a little bit from what the web picture shows, but maybe this is more than you wanted to know.
All I can say is I don’t know what happened.
Thanks for your side of the story.
Sure and if you want confirmation on that, just click on the Lonestar In California Link and ask him if my picture has ever changed from that asteriod. I’m sure he’s seen that picture more than he wants on his blog.
I am currently the editor of the blog Athlists.com . In an effort to expand our site, we’ve been going to similar sites in hopes of trading spaces on our blog roll. Our site has been featured on Yahoo! Sports, Deadspin, Metafilter, and frequents the front page of Digg and Reddit.
Thanks,
Colby Almond
Congratulations on your effort to maintain and grow a sports blog. I put your site on my Links List, but I have to admit I am in the process of writing a semi-last blog post with the idea of not constantly blogging anymore.
Good luck on your sports blog and my idea for a top ten list is – top ten sports villians with David Stern being number 1.
