Youtube Serena Williams Press Conference

Update Sept. 9, 2007 11:22p.m. - They’ve taken the video off of Youtube for copyright infringement.  So I’m now going to play a 19 second clip from 1999 that involves comments from Martina Hingis and Serena Williams. 

 

This is Serena Williams 2007 U.S. Open Post Game Press Conference.  What you see in this video is the “lucky shots” comment.  What you don’t see is the, and I’m paraphrazing, ”Everytime I lose its because I’m not playing well, not because the other person played well” comments.  It was the specific question a reporter asked her and she answered it honestly in her opinion.  She should of lied and come out looking like she has just a little bit of class.

Serena Williams, a Loser

I watched a little bit of the Justine Henin – Serena Williams match last night and it was some pretty entertaining tennis.  Henin played well more than Serena played bad and watching some of the post game conference today, one thing we can say is Serena is a  loser.  I mean she is a real Loser.  Not giving credit to Henin, she claims every match she loses is because she doesn’t play well rather than her opponent playing well.  She gives her opponents no credit and acts as if she is the goddess of tennis.  Well if goddesses act like losers Serena is a goddess.  Justine is the numero uno female tennis player in the world – she has big game.  Serena?  A big ego.
